19th Amendment -The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

9th Amendment - The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Civil Rights Act of 1964

Prohibited discrimination in public places, provided for the integration of schools and other public facilities, and made employment discrimination illegal.

A civil rights law that protects people with disabilities from discrimination. It applies to many areas of public life, including employment, transportation, and public accommodations

The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990

Budapest Memorandum

Singed in 1994, the Budapest Memorandum saw Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan give up their nuclear weapons in exchange for security assurances, specifically from the threat or use of military force or economic coercion against Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan from Russia, the United States and the United Kingdom. This agreement was blatantly broken in February 2014 when Russia invaded and seized Crimea.

The Memorandum confirms the following:

1. Russia, UK and US reaffirm commitment to Ukraine, in accordance with the principles of the CSCE Final Act, to respect the independence and sovereignty and the existing borders of Ukraine

2. Russia, UK and US reaffirm their obligation to refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of Ukraine, and that none of their weapons will ever be used against Ukraine except in self-defense or otherwise in accordance with he Charter of the United Nations

3. Russia, UK and US reaffirm their commitment to Ukraine, in accordance with the principles of the CSCE Final Act, to refrain from economic coercion designed to subordinate to their own interest the exercise b Ukraine by the rights inherent in its sovereignty and thus to secure advantages of any kind

4. Russia, UK and US reaffirm their commitment to sekk immediate UN Security Council action to provide assistance to Ukraine, as a non-nuclear-weapon state party to the treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, if Ukraine should become a victim of an act of aggression or an object of a threat of aggression in which nuclear weapons are used

5. Russia, UK and US reaffirm, in the case of Ukraine, their commitment not to use nuclear weapons against any non-nuclear-weapon state party to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, except in the case of an attack on themselves, their territories or dependent territories, their armed forces, or their allies, by such in a state in association or alliance with a nuclear weapon state

6. Russia, UK and US will consult in the event a situation arises which raises a question concerning these commitments.

After reading this, it appears, logically, that Russia is the aggressor.
